Is it possible for us to send our luggage to the hotel prior to our arrival?

Yes, we will keep your luggage until you check in. When you decide to do so,

Can I use a credit card?

Yes, you can use VISA, JCB, Master, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS, Diners and UnionPay cards.

What types of electronic money and QR code payments are accepted?

Electronic money is not accepted.
For QR code payments, you can use Rakuten Pay, PayPay, d Payment, au PAY, COIN+, J-CoinPay, WeChatPay, AliPay, AliPay+ and UnionPay.

Can you keep our luggage before check in and after check out?

Yes, you can stop by the front desk and ask.

Can we send a luggage from the hotel?

Yes, we can call the local post office or home delivery agency to pick up your luggage. If you do so, please bring it until a day before you check out.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will be charged 20% of your reservation price if you cancel the 7days before, 30% will be charged the 3days before of your reservation, 50% will be charged the day before of your reservation, 100% will be charged the day of your reservation, and 100% will be charged if you do not show up at the hotel.

Is there any convenience store close to the hotel?

The closest convenience store is within a 5-minute drive. It's called LAWSON.

Do you have an elevator in the hotel?

No, we don't. Please let us know if you have difficulty going up and down a stairs.

Do you have a private room other than the restaurant?

We have a room for up to 8 persons.
